To provide food for the hungry, drink to the thirsty, clothing for the naked, shelter for the homeless, health care for the indigent sick and a Christian atmosphere to provide or further relationships with Christ by being of service to all people of Darke County in need.
Begun in December of 1999 as a soup kitchen served once a week in a church basement, Grace Resurrection Community Center (GRCC) is now a collaboration of over 20 Christian churches. We incorporated and moved into our current location in 2009.
GRCC fulfills our mission by providing a Soup Kitchen, Food Pantry, Clothing Bank, Resource Referral Service, and, coming soon, Medical Fee Assistance in cooperation with Family Health. Our future plans include transitional housing and more comprehensive food programs. Also see Hours of Service and Ways You Can Serve.
