Medical Fee Assistance

This program is now underway and the office is located at Wayne Healthcare

If you are interested in helping us, we need:

1. Funding. Each patient will require $25 per visit for co-payments to Family Health Services. We need continued funding to be able to assist financially.

2. Volunteers. We need screeners for a total of 24-30 months. The more volunteers, the less time each have to work. The goal is for each person to donate 3 hours per week.
